Below is my feedback firstly addressing areas you requested feedback on and then other items:
- Initial presentation - I thought that the initial presentation was informative and to the point. I didn't get the feeling you were trying to oversell or over promise which was good from my perspective.
- Eventual experience - I wasn't sure what to expect so was heading into the trip with an open mind. Comparing the actual experience with what was initially presented, it exceeded my expectations. Key items were delivered as promised, and in my opinion we had received a few extras along the way such as the 2nd division game, the extra trips into the old town etc.
- Communication during trip - the daily itinerary was clear and Robyn did a great job in keeping everyone informed of changes. Where options were possible people were given an opportunity to voice their opinion and once decided the outcome was clearly communicated (team lunch in old town etc).
- Overall experience - overall it was a well organised trip that I believe Nikola has gotten a lot out of, after all it was a trip for the kids. My opinion is that it was very good value for money, you packed a lot in for us (this is being reinforced more and more as I look at what others are offering out there).
- The training sessions with Valencia and Cracks were very good, albeit I noticed that the level was adjusted down to suit the strugglers in the group (this however was not something you had any influence over as the group was put together by Mastery). I really liked the combined training session with the Spanish kids and would recommend more of this in future trips.
- Access to training, matches and experiences organised was GREAT (both football and tourist perspective).
- Having the pool at the hotel was brilliant - both from a recovery and social points. Given the workload, being able to spend some time in the pool to aid in faster recovery was great. Also, Nikola enjoyed his time with Isaac and Alex and I think this helped build some nice friendships. It is too bad that the other kids didn't participate as much.
- I know people complained about the food at the hotel, but I thought it was fine. After a few days, a little more variety would have been nice but the quality was good and you could choose to eat different things. The hotel staff were very good and accommodating & the bar was great :)

I would like to thank you and Robyn for arranging an excellent trip to Valencia. The overall trip exceeded our expectations, and the family enjoyed the whole experience.
With regards to the pre trip communication, we were happy with the frequency and level of detail
provided and you were available when required to answer questions and provide
further information.
During the trip, the communication we received from you and Robyn was excellent. You were available in person to the group from breakfast until late in the evening and always answered WhatsApp messages very quickly. You also provided leadership and guidance to the players and managed any problems behaviour promptly and discreetly.
The access to events at the Valencia training ground was far beyond what we had expected. Being able to watch junior, reserve, and women's games and in simple walking distance of the hotel was a real bonus. We were also very pleased with the group events that had been arranged from the initial city tour to the games organised at Villarreal and Levante. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Alex enjoyed the overall training experience. His personal favourite was the mixed training session at Cracks. This allowed him to train with better quality players and play in a more competitive game environment. The Valencia training sessions were good, but unfortunately had to be targeted at a lower skill level based on the overall skill capability of the travelling group.
We appreciate all you did to arrange travel in such a difficult time. We fully understand arranging group bookings in the post COVID world is difficult and international travel in and out of Adelaide is very restricted.
There is nothing I would recommend you change that is within your control for the trip. I would be happy to be an advocate of other team and group based events you organise in the future.
